The Jumper Dress

Hey lovelies

Today's look focuses on my new favourite outfit: the jumper dress. It's so incredibly comfy and warm and super easy to dress up or down. The jumper dress is a very simple outfit, but teamed with the right accessories you can create a more classy look.

I really like the thickness and design of this dress, it makes it soft and cosy, which is essential in these cooler February days. The plain pinky colour allows for plenty of versatility when it comes to accessorising and ensures that you can create exactly the look you are going for, for all types of occasions.

I have chosen to team the jumper dress with this latte waterfall jacket which I instantly fell in love with. I'm a massive fan of the waterfall jacket as they create such a sophisticated look, and the colouring of this one goes so well with the dress. This jacket is really soft and kept me warmer than I was expecting when I was out in the cold taking pictures.

To finish off this look, I wore some lace up ankle boots which are so comfy and complete the outfit, without taking all of the attention. I felt that ankle boots would work best to keep in line with the block colour style of the rest of the outfit, and really flatters the legs.

Beautiful Berry

Hey lovelies

Happy Sunday! Today's look is a more dressed up one as I find myself drawn to all the going out outfits (despite the fact that I spend the majority of my time in work clothes, gym kit, or comfy outfits). It features yet another jumpsuit and I really wish I had more occasions to wear this one to because it is definitely one of my faves. I actually got this jumpsuit for Christmas (thanks Santa!) and I have only just had the chance to get it on my blog, but it is definitely an outfit I would still bring out now.

I love the soft stretchy feel to the material and the straight leg design, making it ever so flattering - although I would recommend wearing heels with it as I found it quite long, and I have long legs already. It is a super simple design which I love, yet the off-the-shoulder cut adds a touch of sass - hello sexy shoulders!

I wore my glittery heels to finish off the outfit, however, they are pretty covered up by the jumpsuit so you could almost wear any heels!

Be My Valentine

Hey lovelies

With Valentines Day tomorrow, I thought I would put up a bit of outfit inspiration that you can wear when going out with your significant other, or your besties! In contrast to last year's v-day outfit, this one has only a subtle splash of pink and I think it brings the outfit together very well.

My pink bralet is one that I've had for quite a while but I love the baby pink colouring which makes it super easy to wear with so many other colours. This white bodysuit is absolutely gorgeous and I can see it making many appearances as we make the transition into spring. It is made from such soft silky material so it is so comfy to wear, and the draped cross over at the front means you can choose from wearing a bralet underneath or not - although I personally think that adding a pop of colour is perfect to brighten up this outfit.

These jeans are also ones that I've had for a long time and I get so much wear out of them, although you can probably notice as they have faded slightly, maybe time to buy myself a new pair!

To finish off with these amazing fluffy pink heels and I literally can't get enough of them. I love all things pink and fluffy so these are actually a dream come true for me! Add on the fact that they are comfy and easy to walk in, I really cannot fault them.

I hope you all have some fabulous plans for tomorrow!

Prosecco Made Me Do It

Hey lovelies

I thought I would do a more relaxed, everyday look as this the kind of thing that I wear all the time. This is such an easy outfit to put together, and just as easy to dress up for a night out so definitely one to have in your wardrobe.

So let's start with my new kicks! I've had my eye on these trainers for quite a while so when payday arrived last week I knew I just had to have them, and they have quickly become a wardrobe staple for me. They are super comfy and work with so many different outfits; I have also teamed them with a jumper dress a few times.

With so many different slogan tees, I knew it wouldn't be long before I found one that suited me perfectly. My housemates and I have got through a ridiculous amount of Prosecco and Champagne this year so this top is definitely one of my favourites. Jeans are one item that most of us will have plenty of but one colour I did not have was grey, so I thought I would give it a go, and I absolutely love it in this outfit. This bomber jacket is so lovely, and is perfect for the transition into spring where you still need an extra layer but the day has it's warm moments. I also thought that black would be the best colour to keep in line with the monochrome look of the outfit.

You may also have spotted my new phone case in my back pocket. You can't see it amazingly well but I wanted to bring it up as it is such a pretty case and I love the iridescent hues in it.
